Position A: Analyst/ Associate- Corporate Finance (Type 6, FA, IFA, Sponsor, CA)

Job Description:

• The qualified candidate will execute corporate finance transactions including IPO, M&A, rights issue, privatization, disposal of equity or assets and other corporate finance advisory transactions.

• Prepare independent financial advisor letter, announcements, circulars and other listing documents. Conduct due diligence in respect of IPO and corporate finance advisory transactions, including but not limited to market research, financial analyses and etc. 

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, other professional parties (e.g. lawyers, auditors) and communicate with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g. The Securities and Futures Commission and Hong Kong Stock Exchange).

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting/finance/business or other related majors.

• 0 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance.

• Type 6 license is required but not a must.

• Travelling is required. 

• Fluent in English and Chinese. Excellent skill in written English
